Nov 22, 2014: IET Bhaddal Technical Campus, which has completed its 17 years of existence on Saturday, celebrated its foundation day. The celebrations witnessed the participation of faculty members, students and alumni of the institute. Sangat from the entire village visited the campus. The dream of Late S. Gurcharan Singh to see this institute flourishing was remembered by the Chairman S. Surinder Singh Rana, Director General R. Jha, Director SoMs and Coordinator of this function Dr. Jagdeep, Dr. J. S. Kanwar, staff and students.
On this occasion, the institute administration seek the blessings of Almighty God, Sehaj path of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji was organized in the college from 14 Nov to 22nd Nov, 2014. Bhog of Sri Sehaj path of Shri Guru Granth Sahib ji was solmenised. The college was started to meet the dearth of skilled and educated human resources in the field of Technology in this Kandi region. The thanks givingSri Sehaj Path Sahib was started on 14 Novemeber which was completed today with the kirtan of holy Shabads. Community langar was served after the bhog.
Also on the occasion, jathedar, Akal Takht Sahib Giani Gurbachan Singh g from the Golden Temple, Amritsar, was invited to enlighten the assembly. While addressing the sangat, he said, “The bhog of Shri Sehaj Path in the college was organized to seek blessings of the Almighty for the students. We believe that this coupled with hard work will be the key to success for these students.”He congratulated the Management, staff and students of the campus on the 17th Foundation Day of the campus. He blessed the institute to become a private University very soon, so that this Kandi area can develop
with the vision of our worthy Chief Minister S. Parkash Singh Badal.
